• Set up and break down are included in our pricing.
• Delivery is included for locations within 15 miles; any additional travel time is subject to a delivery fee.
• Must have power source within 50 feet of set up if booking a bounce house!
• Set up is done 1.5 hours before your event start time.
• Our setups are done on smooth, clean, and dry surfaces like concrete, pavers, grass, or turf. We do not operate on surfaces such as rocks, dirt, mud, gravel, or sand. In addition, we require the equipment to be set up in a shaded or tented area, this is for your safety as the material gets HOT!
• Absolutely NO food, slime, glitter or face paint near our soft play set ups.
• We require a 25% deposit in order to secure your event date and time
• All remaining balances are due 7 days prior to your event.
• ALL of our equipment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• No Food or Drinks
• No Shoes
• Adult Supervision Required

Cancellations MUST be made 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event. If cancellations are not made within this timeframe, $150 cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Party insurance policy

Protect your event with our party insurance! For just $75 this policy covers cancellations and rescheduling due to inclement weather for outdoor events. If bad weather impacts your party, You’ll have the flexibility to cancel and reschedule without incurring any additional fees.
